The story of Total Global Agency (TGA) began not in Vietnam, but in South Korea — where TGA’s founder, a Korean entrepreneur, spent over a decade helping thousands of Korean citizens immigrate legally to the United States through the EB-3 employment-based program.
Through years of experience, he witnessed that behind every immigration file lies a dream and a deep belief in a better future.

After years of success in South Korea, the founder saw a similar desire among Vietnamese people who dream of living and working in the U.S.
However, he also recognized that most Vietnamese agencies lacked real EB-3 experience and often relied on multiple intermediaries, leading to high costs, unclear information, and unnecessary risks for clients.
That realization became the turning point — he decided to expand TGA into Vietnam, bringing his proven expertise and direct partnerships with U.S. employers to help Vietnamese applicants access legal, efficient, and transparent immigration solutions.
